Chase loan

Hi,

I have a Chase refi in a bit and I can't see anywhere where it says to use blue or black ink. I did a search and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know?

It's been a while since I've done Chase but can't recall a special ink request.

If ink color is not specified, the safest way to go is to ask SS, lender or TC what they prefer.

Betsy, In Michigan unless specifically specified always use BLACK. AND if they require blue ink, just remember that any notarial wording must be in black. Most county recorders won't record if it's in blue. So I don't goof, if the lender specifies blue, I still use black for anything I write. That way, I don't accidently write in blue when it needs to be black on my part. In four years have not had a single lender complain that I did it that way.

Always use black unless it states otherwise on any loan documents. The reason they went to blue is because you can tell when it not an orignial. But Black is meant to legal.
