Clarification on $50 fees Please...
I keep hearing about these SS only offering $50 for signings but I am wondering: Is this the base fee plus edocs or faxed docs... etc? or is this just $50 for everything? I'm in CA (and a newbie as you probably have guessed) I've been asking for $75 plus edocs and I've gotten it. They other day however, I got one that offered $85 total with edocs on a HELOC and I took it. Now I'm wondering about it. I don't want to be the SA who's lowering the average. TIA for the input.
