DOC...I'm Done!!

DOC calls wants a signing done for $65.00. I say ok. Waited for doc's for Friday delivery, NO docs. Then they say opps for Saturday. They will send the docs for Saturday delivery. NO docs. My goodness, I have a schedule to follow. This is ridiculous!! I emailed them and said no more request from them. I just can't run my business this way. Venting!! Any thoughts??

On their confirmation form, in big bolded letters "VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE CALL THE BORROWERS IMMEDIATELY WE HAVE BEEN GETTING MANY COMPLAINTS FROM OUR CLIENTS ABOUT OUR NOTARY'S NOT CALLING THE BORROWERS ON TIME TO CONFIRM THE APPT"
Maybe because we NEVER receive the docs!!!
