Has anyone had any luck collecting from DCS after talking to Rachel G @ Fieldcrest Mortgage ?
I'm hoping she can help solve my issues over payment from the deadbeat Dwayne. Says shes had a multitude of notaries sending her faxes of past due invoices and phone calls as well with regard to nonpayment and shes attempting to get involved to get us paid. She sounds very sincere. At any rate I certainly appreciate her efforts to help.

Do a search for Dakota Creek Signings or DCS Mobile Notaries, which are one in the same. It took me a couple of months to get paid from Dwayne (I no longer accept signings from them). There are also comments on NotaryBeware.com. Good luck to you, I hope you receive your payment.
