Does an ID issued by Dept. of Veteran Affairs qualify as valid Id for notarization? I am not sure if this form is issued by a branch of armed forces. I am in CA. Thanks for your help!

The Vets ID is not a governmnet issued ID, per se, and does not qualify as an acceptable form of ID for notarial purposes. At least not here in FL, and from what I've been told, not in CA either.
