E-loan! Holy Smokes!

Brw states he called eloan on Tuesday the 13th around 7pm. We signed on Saturday the 17th. He will get the proceeds of his loan on Thursday the 22nd deposited to his account.

9 days from start to funding-now that's fast!

Glad to hear that! I'm doing one tonight. The docs are being shipped to the borrowers, I'm supposed to show up, notarize and ship docs back, no fax backs required.

When I called my mortgage specialist at CTX earlier this month (I had a new roof put on my home), he took about a week to determine what was needed, and what I would qualify for.

He issued an approved application on Monday to the DOCs folks in his office. They will likely be here tomorrow (Wednesday) and a signing agent will be assigned (one that I trained with early in my little SA business) to an appointment that evening. I hope I won't get a call for then!! :o]

Funding will likely be on the 27th. This is what I have been experiencing with CTX over the last decade or so for various refinancing.

I thought everything should close that quick!! Was I EVER surprised when I started getting bookings steadily.

Do they charge big fees? We've been dreading applying for a loan to purchase a home because one, all the paper work involved and two, the fees.

Payment is less then 10 days too. Most times docs are sent to the borrower.

FYI...

There's a link on their site to sign up. If they need your help, they will contact you, but filling out their form may help you get a foot in the door.
