Is anyone having a hard time getting paid from Eageswing? I did a closing in September and I keep calling and emailing them and get "checks going out this week"? Any ideas on how to collect?

Threaten to sue. Threaten to contact the title company. Do it if you have to. However, I know the title companies they work for already know there is a problem. That is what I was able to do when they owed me money. They still do owe me money. But, I've collected the majority of it.
