Excel tracksheet template
My apology to those who sent email request but did not receive a copy. Unfortunately, your emails were all deleted as part of my clean up from soberworm invasion. I'd tweaked it a bit by added an instruction page & links for even more user friendly. It is now available online at www.notaryofwa.com/resource.htm
Please do understand that this template was designed (by me) for use at my personal comfort. You are free to edit it anyway you want for your need and there will always be a fresh copy if you messed up.
