Getting a lot of calls from back East?

Not to get serious or anything like that, but has anyone else getting a lot of calls from back East too? Gee, they are really nice people to do business with and know the business really well.

Well that's all the serious I can take so early in the morning. lol

Yes, for me specifically from Maryland. I agree, it is nice to work with people who know the business, they don't have time for faxbacks. lol!!

Got my first signing from a settlement company in PA, it went great thanks to Sue, I was worried about faxbacks and other stipulations, the document ended up being a 56 page refi, no faxbacks just include copy of drivers license and send docs on their way, easiest $75 i have ever made.
