HELOC

I've done a few of these but none in the last few months. I've had them that were about 25 pages and some that were the size of a full refi package. I've got one tonight and it's a good 80 or so pages and was just thinking about the fact that there's no Note or TIL in the package. Now on one page it says Refi 2nd but on another doc it's a Home Equity Line of Credit. Is this normal?

Most HELOC's use a Home Equity Line of Credit Agreement instead of a Note.

It is rare to find a HELOC with a TIL.
