I Received A Call From Insured Closings

and she left a voice mail message for me to call back and answer some questions to "become qualified" to conduct signings for them. My question; is it worth it to do this, as after doing a search they are basically a $50.00 company. I wouldn't want to take the time to answer their questions if they will never agree to my fee. Has anyone done this with them and if so, what is your opinion?

They are nice and pay on time but just as you said they are strictly a $50 company.

I would answer their questions. Unless you are in a saturated area, they will pay more than $50. I have rec'd anywhere from $75-$125 to close their loans.
You never know. It will only take few minutes, and to me that is worth it.

Yes, I am in a very saturated area, and find myself working for just a handful of companies as it seems most are offering less and less these days. I have a feeling they wouldn't pay my fees and I don't have time to spend on the phone answering a bunch of questions if they are only going to offer $50.00. I may just call her back and give her my fees upfront and let her take it from there.

My wife and I have never done a closing for Insured for less than 100.00. But, we travel all over the place for them too. We rate them high on our list because they pay pretty quick.

I did answer their very simple and basic questions, they are very nice and pay on time. Sure it's only $50 but it's usually very close to my home, no printing involved and a quick signing (30 minutes max) so why not...LOL

Becoming qualified for them is an "oral test" of sorts.
