I get so frustrated...SS

I took a signing for a SS with mixed reviews, but decided to give it a go anyway. I get the email docs from the title company and the confirmation from the SS at the same time, while trying to multi-task, I begin the process of printing out email number 1 and calling the borrower to confirm the appt, the borrower tells me pointedly, she is still checking out her options and wants to think about this, she then request the LO name and number so that she can call them back.

I call the title co and receive the LO name and telephone number, because lo and behold, the 1003 does not have the app person on it or the other documents do not specify a LO. I call the B back and give her the info, at this time, I ask once again if she wants to sign, remind her of the recission, basically due diligence, she states that this is a rush job and that she will call the LO and tell her that she wants to think this over.

I called the title/signing service & the LO when this lady wanted to "think it over" I have received over 8 telephone calls from the SS asking me if this lady changed her mind, I have told them that I am destroying the docs tonight. I think that I have been more than generous with my time, but enough is enough...

By the way, have a happy and joyous holiday

I know the problem had SS call with last minute signing and email docs to be here in 2 hours. Get sitter lined up, car gassed up and supper arranged for everyone then SS called back signing had been cancelled Wish we had a little more notice on these things.

That is why I NEVER start printing docs until I've confirmed the signing with the borrower. It has saved me the hassle of chasing down numerous print fees for signings that didn't happen.

You're a more patient person than I am Nicole. By the second phone call from the SS I would have told them to call her directly, and by the fourth phone call I would have reamed them for their impatience and told them to find somebody else to do the signing.
