LT Notary
I have tried many times to Call LT Notary, Lorena and she has not called me back. She owes me $125 since Oct. 14, 2005. Has anyone had any experience with them? I am very upset with this company. They are a company to be cautious of. I am ready to call the title company.

I've dealt with Lorena on several occasions and have never had a problem reaching her. Have you tried to contact John? He takes care of the accounting, and his number is on the invoice, as well as a fax # for invoices.

I have not worked for this company but I have had extended delayed payments of 60-90days from 2 companies. I used a suggestion a fellow NSA gave to me on this board which was to fax and e-mail them an invoice with a late fee included. This worked for one of the companies. The other one I had to send a very demanding e-mail:
Good afternoon,
I have sent facsimiles and e-mails early last month re: an assignment I performed for your office over 2 months ago. You stated when you called me for the order, I would be paid within a few days. In addition, when I followed up with you at the end of October, you stated I would receive payment that week, this did not happen.
You were paid before the services were rendered by the customer. In addition, I have paid to be listed on your site.
I still HAVE NOT received my payment. If I do no receive my payment by the end of this week, I plan to report your company to the Better Business Bureau for investigation.
I have found out that your company is infamous for not paying your vendors for the services performed which is clearly illegal, unfair and unprofessional business practices.
(Note: I received payment by the end of the Week on 12/10/05.)
