Lenders First Choice Playing games?
First they called Yesterday, we dont agree on the price, they call back today for the same signing. So probably their 80.00 dollars notary gave back the signing. They want to sign in one hour. So in ONE hour they want me to be there and already have everything signed becaue the borrowers have to leave for work, in ONE HOUR!
Oh, they are not offering much more than 80.00 for a last minute signing.

I called the borrower and he said that the other notary cancel because it was a last minute signing and he couldnt do it. Well when they called me Yesterday I was able to schedule and do it on time like they wanted it but, no! they were "notary shopping" now today they call me and wanted to rush because the other notary didnt make it. I dont know if this loan is date sensitive. But if it does, for a 70.00 difference they are making the borrower going back and forth.
Sorry about this, I just wanted to vent.

I used to do tons of work for them. $110 w/edocs, 90 w/out. I took the work because their docs were easy and they paid within a few weeks. But have not heard from them in months. Not sure what is up. When I call vendor management they tell me everything is great, my notarizations have been perfect, etc. But no work sent my way. Probably the fee...they are probably getting someone cheaper.

I used to get a lot of work from too Amanda. But they have hired a new people that are not very professional. Even the tone of voice they use when they are scheduling.

Re: Lenders First Choice Fees
They are now offering $80 for e-docs and $60 for overnights. They are a title company offering signing service fees. They would only go up to $85. I told them no thank you.
