I just signed up with this company; they called me and asked loads of questions including a quiz on docs. I am hoping that means they are a company that has their act together. Is this one of those companies that is going to start calling me offering 50 bucks? Or are they better than that? Thanks.

Mortgage Information Services are #1 on my list. Great company to work for, pay very well and quickly. I do a lot for the office in Bristol, PA and have done a few for the office in Cleveland and never had a problem.

They are TC and I think have brought signing scheduling back inhouse b/c I used to see their closing through many different SS. They pay quite well and within 30 days. I never signed up or took any test from them. They just call me out of the blue loaded with signings.

Great company to work for. Pay good and on time. They are a title company.
