Newly Commissioned

Help!!!! I am newly commissioned in NC and want to get started with Real Estate Closings. Can anyone share any tips for a successfully start? I noticed most of the signing agencies are looking for experienced individuals. So how can I get some experience? I signed up to take a loan origination class to become familiar with loan docs. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Anon...do a search for message#33325 which should help. Use the Search button regularly. You will find a lot of commonly asked questions there. When you post, remind us what state you are in. A lot of people post as Anonymous and its hard to tell the difference.

Best of luck to you.

don't post as anonymous. Give yourself a handle or use your name, and as mentioned, include your state. Posting distinctively will keep you out of the anon pool which is where you don't want to be.
