Help!! I need to get my hands on a notary acknowledgement form. I've tried searching on the internet, to no avail. Does anyone know where I can find one or by chance would be willing to email me a copy of one if possible? Thanks in advance!!!

You should do a search on Google for Notary Acknowledgment Form New York. You've got a few rules to learn about this, I think.
