POW in MD

Anyone know how the Power-of-Attorney signature is suppose to be signed.

I'm thinking it's: "Jane Doe signing for John Doe."

Anybody ?

I've always signed "Mary Doe by Art_MD as Attorney in Fact". Never had it rejected. Use that form in MD, FL, WV. BUT, maybe I was lucky and used the wrong form and got away with it.

Just opinion. Not legal advice.
