did you ever get in touch with Signing Star?

They asked me to do a signing tonight....called and left 3 messages before I could get back because of a signing. When they called the 4th time and I did talk to them they were willing to pay pretty high, but I said NO, even though you say you'll pay it, you don't pay, can't do it. Thanks anyway. She wasn't happy.

But the phone number they gave in the voicemail was 303 782 2700 and that's what came up on the caller id to.

Yes, I finally reached them and after a week of multiple conversations, they sent me checks via overnight delivery.

Yes, I was also contacted by them last night. Same phone number. Although I accepted for a job that was up north and about 58 miles away. Then I told her we were having a bit of a snow storm, she may have better luck with someone closer. I asked her if she tried NR and she said, for some reason she can't get on to do a search. This raised a red flag for me, because you don't even have to be logged in to search by zip etc...So I said, I will offer for you to try....not that I like giving my work away, but the drive was a long one and the roads north were terrible last night. I said call back if you can 't find anyone. So I gave her some names....then that was it. I was already waiting on docs for another, and I got another call for a last minute that I took that was about 8 miles away.....she did call back, but I had to go out the door. I emailed her back and said sorry.....basically someone beat you to it! But after reading the negative posts about Signing Star, I am glad I didn't trek that far with horrible roads just to have to beg for money in the end!!!
