Power of Attorney

I have never done a private signing of a Power of Attorney. They are writing up their own paperwork and there is no notorial wording on it. They are going to print it up with the correct wording and I am going back later. They also have a written agreement between the two parties that they want notarized. Can I do that if they put the correct wording on it? Thanks for the help.

That will work.

You can also notarize a document that doesn't have any notarial wording. You just need to explain what an Ack and Jurat is and let them decide which one they want. You can not decide for them, otherwise it is considered UPL. Hope this helps.
