Presents from Title Companies, etc

I about fell out my chair today. Fedex came and when I opened the envelope, my check for last Thursday and Friday closings was in there from the title company. I also had a closing with them Monday and they had a gift for me (shower-gel and bath stuff) Then UPS came today and delivered an expensive gift basket with chocolate truffles, Gourmet Chocolate cookies and lots of other goodies, from a company I do HUD inspections for. When I am working all day with the purchase closings I alway bring in gourmet coffee and something homebaked and they love it. They buy me lunch. Too bad they are sold out, we only have 7 more closings to do between now and the end of the year. She asked me if I would be available for the next Condo Conversion project. I said even though I will be doing inspections fulltime, I will make the time to work for you.

That's very nice! You must be valued! I got a box of expensive chocolates and my hubby loved them. I'm not a sweets eater.

Don't you love it! It's so nice to know that you are appreciated. I've got gift cards, cd's and candies through the mail this week. I've also sent cookies and food baskets to companies that have helped to make this a great year for me.

Merry Christmas Margaret! A big THANK YOU to you, for helping me become more productive.

I always get emails from them that say "We love you" I always go above and beyond to make sure
the closing goes off smoothly. My Christmas card said. We appreciate everything you do. We love you.
Sometimes the docs come late to the title company and they can't get them out by FedEx in time for the closing to happen as scheduled. I have printed docs from my car because the office can only print PDF because their printer is not have PCL capabilities. They said I saved the day. My mobile cababilities has more than once saved the day. I am glad to help anyone become more productive. With my new work, no documents need to be printed, HUD sends them my report. I imput the inspection on my Tablet PC and download with 24 hours. No rushing to fax anything, no waiting and waiting to be paid. As soon as my reported is download and reviewed by HUD, payment goes right into my bank account. I already have that with my HUD Foreclosures and I love it.

What kind of attitude is that? Haven't you been reading this board?

You're supposed to tell them that you're SLAMMED with business. Instead you sound accommodating and grateful. How do you ever expect to succeed in this industry with that kind of attitude?

Yeah, I do not know what I was thinking. Actually I will only be doing one inspection a day and making more than I did working 16 hour days loan signing.
