RTC - Room for non-signing spouse to sign

I have a closing this afternoon where the non-signing spouse must sign the Mortgage, RTC, and TIL. There seems to be no room on the RTC and Mortgage for them to sign. I wanted to take a poll to see what other SA's do in this situation. Do you create a line for them to sign on and print there name below? Do you have them sign next to the spouse, even though the line they are signing on is quite short? Everyone have a good day.

I'd call the title company and see how they want it handled. They may want you to add the name to the RTC, or copy the RTC and change the name. With the DOT/mtg they may want YOU to add a line and print the NOBS name and address beneath it, or they may want the NOBS to do it. It is always best to check with the ones that hire us to do their work to see how they want it done.

Thanks PAW. I have already contacted the Title company to see. I just wanted to take a poll to see how others handled it. Thanks for your quick response.
