Special Limited Irrevocable Power of Attorney?

I did a search and nothing came up.
Its a 2 page document, it has an ackn. at the second page, but no signature lines for
none of the borrowers, do you people know if I should notarize this one?

I agree, if no place for borrower's to sign, you can't notarize "nothing".
