Speedy Closing(s)

Has anyone done closings for the above referenced SS located in NJ? Do they pay on time (or at all), etc. ? Any input would be kindly appreciated.

Thanks Smiley

I had one once that ended up getting cancelled after I had printed the edocs. They still paid me fifty bucks for my time/paper/toner. I can't remember how long it took to get the check, but I know that I got paid.

They pay, but not Speedy. 55 days for me. Do a search, good reading.

Speedy offers 2 ways for payment, I've always go off the HUD. If you do it that way you will be paid within 3 weeks. (only draw back maybe payment if it does not fund) Never had any issues with them in the past.

they are referred to as "Not-so-Speedy Closings"

takes forever to get paid and sometimes they try to say it was a different fee they agreed upon with you.

I got paid, but I wont work with them again...too much of a hassle.

They pay - when they are ready to pay.

Oh, and the like to drop digits off of your amount owed. "Oh! I thought you were due $10, not $100. The rest is in the mail."
Then you get to wait until they are ready to pay you, again.

He may be good to Mike as Mike is in Jersey and he might give him a lot of work and he knows Mike won't do it if not paid. I think Frank is an obnoxious jerk and agree with all of the above. I know from personal experience he wants to make the big bucks and pay notaries s*** and late to boot.

I do all speedy's for my area (up to 10/mo). They will agree to what ever fee I charge (NOT CHEAP), I don't need to invoice at month end, and still get paid like clock work.

If you having problems with no or slow payment by Speedy Closings in NJ. And the title company was Fiserv, you can call Kathy Jud at 1-800-842-8423. She is with Fiserv's vendor management department and let her know your situation.
