Squnch Time...PPMD Disney marathon

Hi All!!!

It is seriously squnch time for me right now. As I really want to participate in the PARENT PROJECT MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY (www.parentprojectmd.org) 2006 "RUN FOR OUR SONS" DISNEY MARATHON on January 6 in Orlando. This is to benefit boys/girls with Duchenne Muscular dystrophy (which my son has) and Beckers Muscular dystrophy.

I'm only $450 shy of my minimum goal of $1200. This is really important to me...and any support I can get from you all would be greatly appreciated.

You can go to our Fundraising website and get additional information there. If you plan to write a check, please make sure that you put on the memo line: Marathon-Tim Bird. Our final deadline that they extended to us is December 27. It was December 15.

Most of the other parents and grandparents (uncles and aunts) have not only met their goals but they have raised far over and beyond their goals. I'm proud of them. I hope you can be proud of us and our efforts.
