This was interesting!

Had a signing where the borrowers had a problem with what was being paid off on the docs. Wanted to stop signing...I explained the RTC and they said okay, but still wanted to speak with the LO, So we called. No problem, got the LO on the phone...answered the bwr's question....This is the interesting part.....I had a question for the LO about one of the docs....the answer I got was..."I have no idea what I'm doing". Finally got the VP and an answer....wonder where they got that guy. Signing completed successfully after 2-1/2 hours.

I can't believe I'm doing this but ... I doubt there are many L/O's who could fight their way out of a paper bag full of closing docs, but I don't really know much about 'Bips' and grossing this up or that down or how to make an HP calculator work. They sell - they're salesmen, that's their job. We close, we're (oops we're NOT closers ...) - but you see what I mean?
