Titlegal Revisit to Training.....

My dad used a roled up newspaper and hit the ground behind his chihuahua to get him to not run off or potty in the house. He used this methid to teach him not to go down the stairs or out the gate. Even if he was accidentally left out for a few minutes he will not go anywhere he whines at the door. The noise is enough to scare them and you don't have to paddle them. I have a 3 pound and four pound chihuahua and my dads is 5 pounds. We have always been afraid to paddle them because they are so small. Just a thought. Have a great Day!!!
