Thanks for the reminder. How quickly we can forget

Stop and remember the men and women who gave there lives for our freedom. Pray for them and remember 911 with our prayers today. Pray for World peace and to send our young people home ASAP. It breaks your heart to see such loss and the broken hearts this Christmas. God Bless Eveyone this Holiday Season . Just know are prayers are with you all. We have not forgotten you.

Seems like we have forgotten a lot of things. Don't know about anyone else, but I never heard a mention of the anniversary of JFK's assasination.

Yes, John JFK is definitely worthy of remembering but where

were you last week at the anniversary. Also at least as worthy are Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, and William McKinley, though I hear no mention of them. Pearl Harbor is also very important of memory. Just to jog memories a bit, we were dragged into the war with Japan as a result of Pearl Harbor. One also needs to remember that we lost the battleships Arizona, California, Maryland, Nevada, Oklahoma and Tennessee that day. The USS Arizona alone lost 1177 hands when it went down. We lost or had damaged 21 ships. 2403 Americans lost their lives that day and 68 were civilians. Another 1178 Americans were wounded. We had the Japanese ambassador wait until after the attack had started to inform the President that Japan had declared war on us. There are many instances that should be remembered: John, are you saying that JFK is more worthy of memory. I really don't understand the nature of your comment.
