TransUnion Settlement Solutions, Inc.
Has any one besides me been given the run around about being paid? I did a closing for them 2 months ago and I faxed them my W-9 and still no check!! I am wondering about filling liens or going to small claims court. I have left messages for a supervisor to call me and no word. What should I do?

Do a search. It seems that a few people had issues with them a while back. At least that's what I seem to remember.

It took me 120 days to finally receive payment. I would call 2 to 3 times a week. I faxed over invoices and I still got the run around. I will NEVER do business with them. Don't give up because you will finally get paid. The person I spoke with was Scott. The number is 1-800-318-2281 option 7. Good Luck.

I did talk to a Scott and he told me "oh, well we just got you w-9" well I have a proof of when it was faxed. I told him not to hand me that line of BullSh**!! I have called the lender and they told me when Transunion was paid and I am even more mad!! I am like you I will never do business with them again either. I do not like it when people give me the run around about getting paid. Especially when I am the one who has the cost of ink, paper, clips, file folders, gas for the car, etc. If they do not pay be by the end of the week I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. So Notaries Beware Of TRANSUNION!!!!!!!

10 or more closings? Good for you. But, hey, please, no shouting.
