F.Y.I. - I did a signing in August and got PAID the $50 fee (after I e-mailed them to inquire about it) in December. Well, AT LEAST I did get paid!

I don't do loans for them. Too many issues. The Deans just don't care about paying in a timely fashion. The hassle isn't worth it.

Well, the signing itself went very smoothly and the docs were with the borrower so I have NO COMPLAINTS about that; but the pay was low and so I guess they thought I'd just FORGET about it??!
