WOW!...

This is a first. Just accepted a signing with o/n docs for next Monday in my zip from one of my usual SS's. She was bright and chipper and loud lol and when I asked what the fee was she said "Whatever ya need!". After laughter, I told her don't even tempt me. So I quoted my fee and she said "sounds good, I'll send it right over!"
