I was offered 100.00 O/N for 1st and 2nd. I think its too little for a lender.And besides I dont
know if they will pay me.

I am not sure which office you are dealing with, I have only worked with the San Diego office. Both jobs were refinances, they paid $150.00 for each with E-Docs, and they paid within 30 days. I would not accept it on the basis alone that they want to pay $100.00 for a 1st and a 2nd, that is way to low weather they are a lender or a signing service.

Yes its the one in San Diego. They are also known by Fair Valley Financial.
First they told me they wanted to sign last night and it was edocs. Then they called again
and I was told it was a 1st and 2nd. Then they called again and they said the LO will bring
the docs. And thats when they told me ONE HUNDRED, I said my price and they never called
back.

I have not worked with them since July, maybe they have restructed their fees since that time. I guess they have joined the increasing number of lowball companies.
