Wrong HUD

This is my 5th loan signing and the SS e-mailed all the paper work for 1st and 2nd loans late last night. Just know, while reviewing, all the paper work I notice that the SS e-mailed me the wrong HUD, different loan #, different names. It was the last pages to print last night. Iam calling everybody today but no answer. Any ideas????

If you can't get a phone/email answer, go ahead and sign them, if the borrower is willing. The SS can fax the HUD directly to BRW on Monday, or to you for a trip fee.

Aaronon is correct. Don't sweat non-notary pages. Usually, they're handled without you because the overnight fee is usually less than a trip fee.
