Hi Keshawn

First off, try to ignore most anonymous, their info is usually wrong. You did good by using a name and a state. read message 33325 and use search for any questions you have BEFORE you ask them. There is alot of good info on almost everything you'll need already asked and answered. Read as much of the posts as you can and Brenda TX is a good one to pay attention to. There are others ( I will forget some good ones, so sorry in advance!) to pay attention to as well- Paw, Titlegal, Caroline/co, Slyvia/fl, Ted, Art, Charm. Thats all I can remember at the moment, But you keep reading and you'll see whos helpful and whos not. Again, make the search key your best friend! Welcome to the crazy up and down world of the S.A.

Hi, and welcome. You will find lots of help. It was good advice Christi gave you. READ READ READ. Also, use the orange search button lots. And yes, ignore the rude anonymous posters.
