oops! Need Help!

Hi I made a mistake when entering the county on a doc when I was about to notarize it. I was able to fix it pretty well. Should I be initialing it just in case or is there anything I need to do? I did not scratch out on the paper or anything. I started writing December instead of Dade county! It's late and I'm tired!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some lenders are picky about writing over so to make thing as clean as posible, I alway strike out the mistake, initial then write the correct thing on there.

Correct it and initial it. You will be fine. Even if you did not scratch it out. If it looks like it has been corrected in anyway. It is best to just initial it. Hope that helps.
