question for a FL notary

PAW FL answered me last night that FL required 1 witness besides the notary but some lenders want 2. I went to my signing tonight in CA with FL docs. This is on a purchase. I'm with the buyer. On the mortgage it has 2 lines for witnessess. He has 1 witness. According to PAW FL I can be the other witness but the title co. has a form they want me to fill out stateing the names of 2 witnesses. It states that Florida requires docs to be signed in the presence of a notary public and two separate witnesses. Do you think there'll be a problem getting the docs through the recorder?

There will be no problem getting the docs recorded.
Florida requires 2 witnesses on deeds (not mortgages) and one can be the notary.

Make sure witnesses names are printed underneath their signatures.
