what does date sensitive mean?
I am a newbie and need to know what date sensitive mean on loan docs?

means get it done on the date you are supposed to because in order to have the loan fund on time, it needs to be signed sealed and delivered on time

Date sensitive means that docs must be signed on a specific date and are not valid on any other date Non-date sensitive means that the docs can be signed on a later (sometimes earlier date) with the Right to cancel date being adjusted accordingly Many Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) are not date sensitive and can be signed on other than the scheduled date. I just noted that you posted this as "Anonymous" Since I wrote it , I will post it. Normally I (and many others on this and similiar boards) will not respond to such posts. Get yourself a unique "board name" which inidcates your State and use it consistently. You will get more replies to your posts, and less abuse.

Another problem with posting as "anon" is that often questions require a state-specific response, and obviously in such a situation that is not possible.
