means get it done on the date you are supposed to because in order to have the loan fund on time, it needs to be signed sealed and delivered on time

Date sensitive means that docs must be
signed on a specific date and are not valid
on any other date
Non-date sensitive means that the docs can be
signed on a later (sometimes earlier date)
with the Right to cancel date being adjusted accordingly
Many Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) are not
date sensitive and can be signed on other than the
scheduled date.
I just noted that you posted this as "Anonymous"
Since I wrote it , I will post it.
Normally I (and many others on this and similiar boards)
will not respond to such posts.
Get yourself a unique "board name" which inidcates your
State and use it consistently. You will get more replies
to your posts, and less abuse.

Re: Follow-up to Bob's comments

Hi,

Another problem with posting as "anon" is that often questions require a state-specific response, and obviously in such a situation that is not possible.
