what would you do with this scheduling nighmare?

I had a closing at 9:00am (overnight docs) they are STILL not here. I have/had a closing scheduled for 12:00 (still don't have HUD or broker docs) and I have a 1st and 2nd scheduled for 3:00.

Here is the kicker, both the 12 and 3 need to be done by 4:00. My 9 am is good to go later in the evening.

It is now 12:20, still no HUD for 12:00 who needs to leave at 4:30 for work. So even if I get HUD in next 15 minutes, print get there at 1:00 at latest, get done by 1:45 at earliest, get home by 2:00 print docs for 3:00. I just don't see that happening.

Tell the TC to resched the signing for the 16th as the borrower will not be home now. The 1500 apt you can hold out till 1400 at best and then do the same.

And ask for a reschedule fee

If this has to be rescheduled, the lender will probably try to stick the borrower with a redraw fee, why are we any less?
