A Few Procedural Questions - Doc Staple? Signature Degrading
1. When you receive e-docs, how do you group the pages of a doc? Do you staple them?Paperclips? I haven't received any inctructions regarding this from the SS or the Title company, and it is also absent from all my training materials.
2. What do you do when you notice a person's signature is slowly degrading as they sign? People aren't used to signing so many times and hands get tired. Do you tell them? If so, anyone know a nice way to do so?

Usually there is the main package from the lender and several e-mails with attachments.
I usually place all the e-mail attachments on top. One reason is the HUD is usually in that group.
I take any ID forms, AKA forms and place them first.
Never staple docs. The docs will probably be copied 10x by the time all is said and done.
Paper clip if it helps you during a signing. Removing them before sending back would be up to you. Doesn't matter.
As to the signature, no problem. Not uncommon. Any expert would be able to tell it was the same signature if questioned. I've seen some significant changes during a signing - especially with older borrowers and those with arthritas (not a good speller).

Anon,
I would use binder clips instead of paper clips, at least with the original package.
