good do they pay well do they pay within 30 days are thier packages small helocs if it is $50 or are they a 100+ pages

They are slow payers!! Don't be fooled this is their schedule and keep in mind they are a $50 company.
Invoice Date = 1 st
(includes all loans signed 13 th - 27 th)
example: Loan signed 07/25/02
Account invoiced 08/01/02
Signer Paid 09/01/02

Invoice Date = 15 th
(includes all loans signed 28 th-12 th)
example: Loan Signed 08/10/02
Account invoiced 08/15/02
Signer Paid 09/15/02
Signer paid means check is cut. You wait a week for the mail and guess wait you have to make the phone call. And then another week passes and yes you finally get paid. And sometimes they will tell you that a loan company hasn't paid them yet and please be patient because they are waiting for a big check. Good Luck ! I suspect one day notaries will be writing about them and comparing them to Sign on the X
