First Signing Tomorrow...

...and I'm nervous as hell! It's a refi... just did my own two weeks ago and couldn't believe the stack of paperwork. I'll be fine... hope I don't miss anything. {breathe, girl, breathe}
Fortunately, the signing is only 5 minutes from my front door! How's that for beginner's luck?

Question...this is through Lender's First Choice. I signed up with them about 9 mo. ago and this is my first call. Will this make me more "active" from now on? Thanks for any insight.

I had my first signing Monday the 7th boy was I scared I'd do something wrong or make a mistake. I made it through fine. It turned out the lady is a Notary herself so she helped me over some difficult places.

You will do fine just remember to check everything twice while you are there.

Well I don't know if you will be more active or not but Lender's First Choice is a good company. What part of ca are you in ? Good Luck.Remember to breathe!! That really helps.

It went pretty well. I felt a bit buzzed, but it was a refi so it wasn't too bad, plus, they both had a great sense of humor. It helped and I didn't let on that this was my first. I was so happy to be done! Just need to fax back and find a FedEx box now. Thanks!
