Heritage Tile? Respond ASAP

Has any body heard of them? Give me the scoop and your opinion as the whether or not I should deal with them.

They called me earlier today to see if I could do 4 signings within a 35 mile radius of my home beginning Friday. They want to send me everything at once, but obviously separately. Everything needs to be sent back by Tuesday in the AM.

Right now their waiting for me to call them back to confirm. They told me to call tomorrow before 12. Please let me know ASAP. I'll be checking back like I frequently do in the AM.

Thank You,
Korey

I think they have offices in TN & KY. I have done work for the Nashville office. They pay Title Co fees and pay off the HUD. I wish they called me more.

Heritage Title out of KY is great. Did 2 assigments, on one assignment it was 2 packages instead of one. The automatically paid me for second package without me having to initiate anything. All three packages funded on 16th had checks in hand on 19th. I love working with them.

Re: Heritage Tile? Respond ASAP - Website Address?

I conducted a search and found 3 other Heritage Title Co's, but not this one. Would you mind posting the website address? Thanks!

Okay thank you!!

So I will accept the four services. Since they have a good reputation I'll tell them this: "You company has an excellent reputation with the other Notaries on Notary Rotary, therefore as a thanks to you, I'll do the four services and charge the price for two."

So figure for the four services I'll just charge them $175.00. I'll look at it as a 'buy four services, get two free!!" LOL

Thank You,

I am doing a closing for them at 6:30pm this evening. I'll let you know. The doc's were email and were sent to me asap. I have spoken to the borrower(s) and they taking me to Las Margueritas to do the closing. 80 pages, very few to notarize. Seems like a good deal. $ is good also and it is 10 minutes from home. Hard to beat. Never heard of them until 1:30 today. Just out of the blue.
