LENDERS FIRST CHOICE

Hi,
I just got accepted by Lenders First Choice and am very excited. This is the first signing company I have signed up with and want to know if fees get discussed when they call you for the first signing. I'm not sure how the fees go as I'm a new signing agent and alittle nervous after reading that everyone has different fees. Do they have a standard fee chart or do I tell them what I want up front? I hear they are a good company to start with and would like a little more information before I get my first call from them. Any help would be truly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance!!!!!

They were a very good company for me , tell them your fee , they will tell you theirs, then decide. My only draw back with them was the docs. It was suppose to be a simple refi over night docs, then it turned out to be Edocs then oh you know its a piggy back don't you? So we retalked the fees. They met them and payed with in 2 weeks.
I would do again in a heart beat. Where are you located?
Della

I'm in Saugus, Ca and after looking at other peoples fees on the internet, I'm not sure what my fees should be. I thought a simple loan doc would be about $100 but I'm also seeing fees of only $65. I'm really trying to get my feet wet and am doing alot of individual signings but I keep trying. I've only applied to Lenders First Choice and they e-mailed me back in less than 1 week that they accepted me as a loan signer for their company. P.S. Where are you located?

Pooh,

When and if you post again, you might want to indicate that you are from California (with the abbreviation CA after your name), as it helps people respond to your posts, if they know what state you are in.

I looked up Lenders First Choice and there it was but I don't have it on hand at this time. Sorry!!!! P.S. They have different offices in California so just look up Lenders First Choice and it will give you their locations.
