Loan Closers.com
Has anyone out there done signing for Loan Closers.com? If so, are they a good signing service to work for?

I've done work for Loan Closers for over 4 years. They've been very good to work with for me. I don't care for their payment schedule (you must invoice them at the end of the month and they pay on the 16th of the month for the previous month's work), but they've always been fair and willing to make an adjustment in my basic fee for any extra work, travel, etc.

I agree with Fran. They aren't my favorite SS because of the fax backs and hand holding, but they do pay as agreed. You have to fax them a copy of their invoice the last business day of the month, payment is the 16th of the following month like clockwork. I'd say they are good for newbies, but probably too much hand holding for veterans.

Is this the same service that charges $27.00 for them to add you to their database?

May I ask how to get ahold of the Loan Closers.com that you went through? The only one I can find on the web is a service for notaries to pay a $27.00 fee for them to advertise. Thanks!

I have signed for loan closers. They do not pay very well, and their payment terms are about 45 days. You would also have to fax back the Ditech documents from the signing for approval before you overnite the package back to the title company.
