Query...

Have you ever been told that it was your responsibility to return docs to the Title Co? I mean, Title tells you it is your financial responsibility and refuses to give you a shipping account #.

Can't say that I have. I have sent docs to a settlement company (only once) that didn't have an account (actually the agent didn't know the number) and I was told to add a "reasonable" fee to cover the expense on my invoice. I did and was paid for it, no problem.

No have not, but do have a few companies that will not release shipping account # till after fax backs have been approved for accuracy!

I would check bill to receiver on shipping label with their address as sender so either way they get charged and not your account! BK/FL
