Re: solicitation
hi,
Heh, did anyone receive an email solicitation from the following entity:
LocateARealEstateAgent.com ? They seem to be in a sense full service with directories for agents, appraisers, and then also for notaries/ signing agents. The cost was $9.95 a year. Doesn't sound prohibitive, but then again I really don't want to waste my money either. I checked in the county I am in and in the neighboring county and no one was listed in either county.
Anybody know anything about this out fit or have any insights? TX.

Re: solicitation
nothing to contribute, other than it seems pretty inexpensive. But based on the name of the site, I wonder how many would think to go there for a signing agent?

RE Agent solicitation...
I got one, too. Didn't see any reason to spend any money to be listed on this site, even though it was "cheap." No one in CT was listed.
Same thought as below. What would someone looking for a Notary Public or a Notary Signing Agent look on this site? Haven't tryed, but if you googled "Notary Public" would this site even come up in the top five?
I'll pass this year.

Re: solicitation
Dorothy,
Thanks for doing the Michigan search. And I do agree with the general sentiment expressed that if somone was looking for a notary why would they go to that site.

Re: solicitation
Neither Real Estate Agents nor properties listed for any of the CT cities I tried, either. I'm passing, too.
