Veri-docs.com

I get a call yesterday for a signing on 2/4. Called the borrower immediately to confirm. 2 hours later Veri-docs sends me an email saying the signing is cancelled. Didn't even call me. What's up with that? Geez it has been so slow up here in NE PA. Was excited to get a call and then poof it is gone.

I have never had any problems with Veri-docs- unitl today! I was called last night 6pm and asked to do a closing at noon today. They asked if I would print docs. if they could not get them out overnight. At 11:30, with no docs. I called the borrower who didn't know I was scheduled. When I called, Veri-docs didn't know where the docs. were or what to tell me. I rearranged my day to make this appt. and now I am left explaining to the borrower that I am not sure what is going on with their docs. It all makes me look like a fool!

Oh Dear...looks like Veri-Docs is the most talked about SS today! Had one signing today and borrower did not show up. When I called Veri-docs, to let them know what was going on, he was so disinterested. He kept yawning!

I have nothing but good things to say about Veri-docs.
They are helpful, friendly, meet my fee & always pay in a timely manner.
The borrowers haven't been any problem and all of the assignments I received from them went on without a hitch.

WOW! Same thing happened to me...I was suppose to have my first closing with them tonight. They called me yesterday and set it up...a few hours later I got the cancellation email.

Well I get a call my from husband at work today and the borrower calls to tell me he didn't get the docs. They were suppose to overnight them to him. I thought huh that's funny they cancelled that closing 2 hours after they called me. I called the borrower and he said that the lender told him last night everything is a go. I asked him if another notary called him and he said no. He was not aware that Veri-docs cancelled the signing. I called Veri-docs and they had no idea what happened. No one bothered to call the borrower to tell him it was cancelled.
