WILLS

WHEN NOTARIZING A WILL IN CALIFORNIA, AFTER AN ATTORNEY HAS REQUESTED A NOTARY, DO THE WITNESSES ALSO SIGN THE JOURNAL.

Typically, with wills, you are Notarizing the witnesses signature(s), as well as the grantor. In Florida, you are Notarizing 3 signatures, the grantor and two witnesses. so, the answer could be yes, depnding on your state.

Check your manual. I would hate to be involved in a probate issue. UGH!

I AM NOT AN ATTY., BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.

Thanks. It doesn't really specify. I guess it's best to be safe than sorry and have them all sign the book.
