24/7 under new management they said
I just wanted to let you know that 24/7 told me that they are under new management as I had told them that I had heard some problems regarding them.

24/7 "new management" = The trash can into which signing agent invoices are tossed has been moved closer.

Anytime I see anything or place that reads "Under New Management", to me that is just screaming:
"Hey we know that we haven't serviced you correctly, and that our reputation is horrible, so we are hoping that this smoke screen makes you forget and/or overlook everything we've done in the past."
New management without new employees/policies/procedures is simply another person to blame.

I do not do closing for 24/7, they lie and take forever to pay.

I have an invoice from LAST January (2004) that remains unpaid. But you can bet they got my last fax which said pay and don't call me for any signings. They haven't paid, and they haven't called me. Fortunately, it was only a single doc signing for very little money.

Don't take wooden nickels, Canadian quarters
or signings from dead beat companies like this one. A leopard does not change it's spots:-o

Jenny,
Big deal:
Instead of taking 24 months and 7 weeks to pay...they have now improved to taking
24 weeks and 7 days!
