I have been ripprd of for 150 dollars by a lady will assist in california there number is 707-332-4150 but they have voice mail and wont take any calls any help out there

If you do a search, you will find that A Lady Will Assist is on every no-no list.
Do advanced research, then when the rip-off companies call, you can say NO!!.

Send a demand letter

notifying them that you will file in small claims court. If they do not respond file, get a judgement and turn it over to the most obnoxious collections company that you can find. You probably won't get paid, you will throw some good money after bad, but you will get the satisfaction that they will be harassed:-)

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as harrassed them for several months. It took 5 months, but I was finally paid and I didn't have to go through the expense of obtaining a court judgment.

I had to file a complaint againt Roz and A Lady Will Assist in California. I finally got my payment but I'll not work for them again. It was taken 45 to 60 days to get a $25 payment!
